Hey Kathy,
Im on a flight typing this email headed to San Diego for a week of training. As I reflect on 2007 and begin a year of massive activity in 2008, I couldnt help but to appreciate what an impact getting into shape and learning how to eat properly as well as the importance of supplementation has positively affected the many areas of my life.

I have the highest praise and gratitude for Kathy and the staff at Fitness Depot USA for providing me with continual guidance and assistance in meeting my fitness goals. On September 3, 2007, I went for a nutrition consultation with Kathy. With inspiring enthusiasm, she expertly and patiently planned out my nutritional needs to best meet my ultimate goal of reducing body fat percentage.
It has now been just over 10 weeks, and I have reduced my body fat from 28% down to 22%!! I am getting close to my goal, and it was very realistic and attainable at the pace the program was laid out. Her guidance was instrumental, but it had to be in synergy with discipline, planning and determination on my part.
