Today I want to talk about a topic that I am shocked isn’t more popular. I can’t tell you how many people come in on a daily basis and have no idea what SARMS are. What? What did you say?
SARMS stands for Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. Okay, Kathy talked to me in English. That’s what I’m going to do for you. Now, I can tell you a little bit more about the scientific terms, but that would just confuse you more.
Originally, SARMS were created to treat obesity and muscle breakdown diseases, so diseases that breakdown muscle tissue. Athletes somewhere somehow said, “Oh, my gosh, this is gonna be so great” when you’re trying to lean out, when we talk about obesity and we talk about fat loss and, of course, muscle building. And bigger than that, when you’re trying to lose body fat, especially when you don’t have a ton of fat to lose, right when you have 5, 7, 10 pounds of fat, which is when people tell you “Oh, my God. What are you talking about? You’re not even fat.” You’re like “What do you mean? Look at this” That’s that little bit of fat especially when it’s intramuscular fat and that fat between your muscles so that you get that definition and that cut that you’re looking for. That is the most difficult fat to lose.
This is when SARMS comes in. So not necessarily when you have 20, 30, 40 pounds to lose, I would say on that level, not that you can’t use SARMS, but I would suggest you looking more towards the regenix, right? Your typical known fat burners and a lipotropic like L-carnitine with different ingredients like Yohimbe and chromium, and I can cover that in another video.
Today we’re going to cover SARMS. And I would say that’s SARMS is for that person who regularly works out truly committed to training at least three times a week. A lot of people are like, “Oh, I can only work out three this week.” That’s perfectly fine. 3 to 4 days a week is beautiful. It’s not about quantity, it is about quality. And of course, we know our muscles grow while we recover not while we train. So we can’t be training overtraining, which is terrible and probably worse than not even training at all, because you start breaking down the muscle you actually do have.
The muscle you have you can break down by overtraining or force not feeding it. We have to find that right perfect middle place. When we talk about leaning outright, hardening up, breaking, losing that intramuscular fat, you only have 5-7 pounds of what we’re talking about losing body fat. You have to be careful with the Regenix, what we know to be fat burners, because there is a very big likelihood that as you’re burning fat and they help you burn fat, you’ll also breakdown muscle. As a matter of fact, the leaner you get, if you’re competing, obviously, it’s almost impossible not to break down muscle as you are losing body fat.
Let’s just talk about the average person who just wants to look good to go to the beach. I’m getting married. I have pictures, right? Or just in general, You know, I’ve got my body throughout the years. So much time to this level. I know I look great, but I want another level. That’s when SARMS come in. SARMS for Leaning
Let’s talk about leaning. There are SARMS that are fantastic for leaning like Andarin, which is a great muscle hardener. Then you have Cardarine, which is also great for fat loss. There are many individual SARMS that are fantastic for leaning, and so you can take them individually. You could take your time and look them up and see what your best stacks for leaning are. But you’re going to pay anywhere, became $50 to $60 for leaning.
You could do something like the MK, which is to boost your growth hormone levels naturally and obviously, as your growth hormone levels are higher, not only is it great for anti-aging but it’s also great for fat loss. It’s great for muscle recovery, which in turn will help you grow muscularly faster as well.
What you can look for, which is what I would recommend is a stack. Now you can find stacks and if an individual SARMS cost you anywhere between 45, 50, 55, 60 depending on what SARM it is. If you can find a stack, it’s much more economical to take a few SARMS at a time.
